WEIGHT TRAINING CLASS: The goal of these workouts is to improve strength and gain muscle through progressive training. These circuit style workouts have rep targets in timed stations. The workouts include dumbbell, barbell, cable, and body weight exercises. The classes are broken up into 8 week cycles, which switch between different upper and lower body muslce groups. Instructors will emphasize proper form and also provide modifications for attendees.
POWER YOGA: This is a faster paced, energetic and physically demanding style of yoga that focuses on building strength, flexibility, balance and endurance through continuous movement and breathwork. Class will be heated from 88-90 degree
FIT 'n' FUN CHAIR AEROBICS: This class is a full body workout , especially designed for 65 and older, but any age or fitness level can benefit from this class. The class will consist of a warm-up, arm strengthening exercises using light weights, a cardio segment and cool down, all choreographed to fun, popular music! Chair aerobics is great for the abdominal core, posture and balance, while literally dancing in your chair!
